West Half is proud to offer some of the largest floor plans in the neighborhood, with layouts ranging from 365 – 2,000+ square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 2 bedrooms with dens. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, comfortable living space.
We are also proud to offer furnished layouts through our ORI Studio Smart Suites. We have a select number of apartment homes which include built-in, transforming furniture that gives you more space and flexibility. With the push of a button, your bed disappears, your living area opens up, and everything adapts to how you live. Come see these for yourself!
Inside each apartment home, you will find vinyl hardwood flooring throughout, electric stove tops, stainless steel Blomberg appliances, and quartz countertops with select units including walnut hardwood floors, upgraded Bertazzoni appliances, gas cooking, custom closets, private balconies, and 9’ ceilings, all designed for modern, upscale living. These features create a sophisticated and comfortable environment for our residents.
Application Process
Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.
Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
